I've built Breakthrough Careers into a boutique executive search and career coaching firm, recruiting more than 1,500 professionals across 20+ countries while maintaining a 95% client retention rate.

I lead senior, strategic, and CXO hiring across agritech, commodities, blockchain, consumer products, mining, and IT. I also advise founders and HR leaders on talent pipelines, workforce strategy, employer branding, and cross-border hiring.

My work spans Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the US. At Net Expat, I delivered intercultural coaching and career-support programs for expatriates, and with MENA Recruit I led full-cycle recruitment across the GCC.

Earlier, I supported global resourcing and workforce planning at Olam International across Africa and managed retail hiring operations at Bose Corporation India. I'm now looking to bring my executive search, talent strategy, and team-building experience into a strategic in-house recruitment or HR leadership role.
