At British Council, I manage global Talent Acquisition across 40+ countries and lead hiring for complex transformation work. I temporarily moved into an AVP (PB8) grade to lead the Global Phase 1 Transformation hiring mandate, achieving 100% position closure before returning to my substantive Talent Acquisition Manager role.
I designed a 100% direct sourcing model that eliminated agency dependency, and I lead recruitment technology adoption across Eightfold AI and SAP SuccessFactors. I also develop recruitment dashboards and screening frameworks using Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Replit, while managing and developing a geographically dispersed team of four.
