At GlobalVetLink (ASG), I lead the combined product, engineering, and data organization and integrated Trace First’s three CoreOne product lines under one roadmap. I designed an AI-native operating model with human review gates that lifted merged pull requests per engineer 45% within one quarter.
I also expanded GlobalVetLink’s platform with new revenue lines, partner API integrations, and regulatory data exchange. The work includes advancing computer-vision equine identification and automating SmartEngine rules.
At Wellfit, I set technology and growth strategy that doubled EBITDA in one year, established an Enterprise Data team, and built an analytics platform on Microsoft Fabric. At Buff City Soap, I built the retail technology and data strategy that supported revenue growth from $13M to $96M in two years.
Earlier, at Lifelines Neuro, I raised $10M and led a team of 22 engineers building an FDA-approved cloud-based EEG platform. At Mytrade, I co-created and architected the platform, APIs, and UX before its acquisition by TD Ameritrade; through Hyperformant, I advise software companies and created vibecarbon, an infrastructure platform for agent-driven development.
