At Farm Credit Financial Partners, I drove an AI-first development strategy while personally architecting and shipping production AI systems, including an agentic RAG platform and a pipeline that mapped 4,000+ legacy programs in two weeks. I also led the software delivery organization across four teams and 50+ engineers.

At Citibank, I led a Latin America systems integration organization of 150+ people across 21 countries, with ownership of a $25MM annual P&L. At Frost Bank, I authored the board-level cloud strategy and roadmap and founded its Cloud Center of Excellence.

I’ve also built production multi-agent systems and an enterprise collateral management platform, which reduced processing time by 50% and data-entry errors by 75%.
