I bring a blend of classroom support and hands-on technical training, with a strong focus on helping others succeed. In my current role providing support throughout planned instruction, I evaluate individual student needs and address academic and social challenges with care.
On the IT side, I’ve completed over 120 of hands-lab training through VETWorks Workforce Development Student/Intern and continued with Pass IT On. I worked across both Windows and Linux, practicing user management, file permissions, system navigation, and basic administration tasks.
I also strengthened my networking foundation through TCP/IP labs covering network devices, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting. I apply technical problem-solving through real-world IT support and system configuration exercises, and I’ve built foundational knowledge in cybersecurity principles, network security, and system administration.
Alongside technical and teaching experience, I’ve supported operations and service teams as an intern and customer service representative. At Stacy Tucker State Farm Insurance Agency, I conducted research and presented findings to leadership, and at Lee District RECenter I handled customer check-ins and accurate daily financial reporting while responding quickly to member and client inquiries.
