What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead entertainment operations, programming, venue launches, and guest experiences where I can turn creative ideas into practical, high-performing operating plans.

I've built operating plans, training programs, and guest experiences for Netflix House Dallas and Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas. At Netflix House Dallas, I helped launch the operating model across attractions, retail, ticketing, live entertainment, food and beverage, facilities, technology, and creative teams.

I led an eight-week onboarding program for 300+ crew members and leaders, developed pre-opening events, and translated creative concepts into experiences that could be staffed, trained, and safely executed. After launch, I used guest feedback and performance trends to improve training, staffing, and daily operations.

At Alamo Drafthouse, I led a $7M theater operation with 100+ employees, managed auditorium renovations and a Toast POS rollout, and created programming that grew sales. My work includes a 15% sales increase from a four-week anniversary celebration, an NPS increase from 72 to 85, a 32% reduction in bar labor, and an 18% increase in bar revenue.
