What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support school technology operations, solve classroom device and connectivity issues, and help create a productive learning environment for staff and students.

I support staff and students at Buncombe County Schools by keeping classroom technology running smoothly.

I troubleshoot Windows laptops, printers, SMART Boards, login issues, and connectivity problems. I also manage support requests and learn new systems and procedures as needed.

My work builds on experience as a Title 1 Assistant at Sand Hill-Venable Elementary School and as a teacher assistant at Asheville City Schools.

With a bachelor's degree in Christian Studies from Liberty University, I bring customer service, technical support, and a problem-solving mindset to the academic community.
