I am a technical leader and open-source community manager with 20+ years in IT, combining software engineering, technical leadership, and post-sales delivery across startups and large global firms. I have built and scaled Professional Services, Customer Success, and Solution Architecture functions, managed 180+ customers across five startups, and supported substantial ARR growth.
I lead community programs for CNCF projects, founded support and services functions at cloud-native firms, and served as Principal Technical Account Manager driving 4× customer and 6× ARR growth at Upbound.
