What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Manager of Global Operations position at Shareware, where I can apply stakeholder coordination and operational analysis to improve care quality, outcomes, and costs in the healthcare ecosystem.

At Thryve LLC, I launched service lines for nonprofit, healthcare, and corporate clients by defining scope, mapping processes, building workflows, and integrating EHRs such as Qualifacts and Insync.

I analyzed EHR and revenue-cycle data to refine billing models and build dashboards aimed at improving claim capture accuracy and reducing billing errors. I also developed business strategies and operational roadmaps to align execution with client vision and KPIs.

At Volunteers of America Michigan, I developed data-driven business cases and partnerships that secured funding for a mental-health service line, expanding access for 200 additional clients. I also implemented compliance and advancement processes that achieved 100% audit readiness within six months.

Earlier at VOAMI, I wrote an RFP and won and built a $10 million grant-funded healthcare training program in Detroit. I’ve also used Power BI and Visio to identify workflow bottlenecks and improve processing time.
