I’m a results-driven Senior Project Manager and IT Director with 20+ years of progressive experience leading complex technology programmes across education, healthcare, and enterprise sectors. PMP-certified, I focus on delivering ERP implementations, network infrastructure modernisation, and digital transformation initiatives on time and within budget.

In my role at Maaly Group for Educational Services, I spearheaded an end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation across multiple departments and school campuses, owning requirements gathering, module customisation, data migration, user training, and change management through go-live. I also designed and executed a standalone Disaster Recovery Plan that achieved near-zero downtime and full business continuity during critical incidents. I delivered a Learning Management System deployment to enhance remote-learning capability to thousands of students and faculty across multiple campuses on schedule.

Across concurrent programmes, I own the full lifecycle from initiation to closure for network upgrades, software implementations, and security enhancements. I manage project and departmental budgets, oversee hardware/software procurement, negotiate vendor contracts, and enforce project governance, standards, and change-control procedures for regulatory compliance. I use MS Project and Jira to plan, track, and report milestones, risks, and issues directly to the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders, and I lead multi-site VoIP rollout across all campuses.

Earlier, I led data centre migration, LAN/WAN and security infrastructure implementations, hospital and school management system projects, and enterprise infrastructure delivery as a Senior System Engineer / Senior Presales Engineer. I bring a calm, risk-aware delivery style—translating assessments into actionable roadmaps—and I’m trilingual with the cultural adaptability to lead international, cross-functional teams.
