I turn brand promise into service reality, drawing on 20 years across creative direction, brand strategy, communication design, and service design. At Kyndryl, I partnered with leaders at Hamburg Commercial Bank, ContiTech, and Kantar to translate strategy into actionable service roadmaps.

I facilitate co-creation workshops, map customer journeys and service blueprints, and connect customer insight to commercial impact in executive-ready narratives. My work holds user needs, organisational constraints, people, processes, technology, and policy in the same frame.

At ZEE5, I led design strategy and a UX redesign that grew video views from 15M to 30M, revamped more than 45,000 content assets, and earned an OTT Promax Reinvent Award for digital content engagement. I also built and mentored a team from 3 to 15 people while working across marketing, analytics, and product.

I’ve delivered brand, campaign, and design-thinking work for organisations including Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, Leela Hotels, Bank of India, Colgate, and Times of India, and I founded ByBosky as a boutique umbrella brand.
