At Hilton Al Khobar King Fahd Causeway, I provide first-line support for OnQ, reservations, and billing issues. I coordinate with IT and other departments to resolve problems while minimizing service disruption.

I also train staff on system usage and support shift operations while performing acting supervisor responsibilities. At Howard Johnson by Wyndham, Dammam, I supported reservation and front-desk systems and helped staff with troubleshooting and operational procedures.

Earlier, as IT Supervisor at Baseetah, I provided technical support, managed day-to-day IT operations, and supported system stability. I’m interested in IT Service Management, service design, governance, KPI-driven improvement, and IT operations.
