Developed and implemented research-based training for Early Childhood Educators, focusing on social and emotional development, play, and trauma-informed care. Provided professional development, including training modules and practice-based coaching, as a New York State Pyramid Model Master Cadre.

Provided training for Family & Group Family childcare providers on Infant/Toddler Development, Health & Safety Topics, and Developmentally Appropriate Practices. Edited and created research-based training, primarily in Infant & Toddler Development, using the Core Body of Knowledge as a focus.

Conducted site visits, training, and technical assistance to early childhood education program sites. Provided practitioners with information on current issues and research findings related to infant/toddler child care.

Provided training across the state funded through the CCDBG grant, including Health & Safety, Infant & Toddler Development, and Topic Specific (Preschool & School Age Development). Implemented Technical Assistance for training participants & directors including reflections, goal-planning, observations & modeling.

Provided strength-based coaching, technical assistance support, and training to infant and toddler programs. Created, revised, and maintained training modules based upon best practice, NAEYC developmentally appropriate practices, methods, and techniques.

Facilitated collaborative meetings with staff to reflect on and study each other's work using the PVCC protocol. Designed, trained, implemented, and supervised staff on developmentally appropriate classroom curriculum.

Pursued a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education, focusing on advanced pedagogical theories and practices. Gained expertise in child development, curriculum design, and educational leadership relevant to early learning environments.

Completed a Bachelor of Arts with a dual focus on Elementary Education and English Literature. Developed strong foundational knowledge in teaching methodologies, literacy development, and the comprehensive study of literature.
