I am a highly effective child-centered early childhood professional with over 10 years of experience in developing age-appropriate multicultural curricula and advocating for inclusive education. My journey has been dedicated to supporting military children and families, ensuring they receive quality learning environments tailored to their unique needs.
Currently, I serve as a CYS Training Specialist at Fort Jackson, where I oversee the development of children and youth in Army programs. I have successfully collaborated with various stakeholders to achieve NAEYC accreditation renewal with a score of 96%. My role involves coaching and mentoring staff, developing training resources, and ensuring the implementation of meaningful accommodations for children with exceptionalities.
