I’m a results-driven Bachelor of Social Sciences graduate specialising in Industrial and Organisational (I&O) Psychology, with practical experience supporting employee relations, HR administration principles, and day-to-day operational people support.
Over 3+ years in customer-facing, high-volume environments, I developed core HR competencies like conflict resolution, workplace communication, accountability, and team collaboration—built through real stakeholder interactions.
In my current role as Customer Service & Operations Assistant, I resolve complaints professionally, operate POS and Robotill systems with high accuracy, and support operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration with management and team members.
I’m also ready to take on an HR Internship, Graduate Programme, or Entry-Level Human Resources position where I can apply my I&O psychology foundation (employee relations, organisational behaviour, labour relations, psychological assessment) and contribute to organisational people-management objectives.
