In my recent Service Consultant role at Capitec Bank, I acted as a first point of contact for client inquiries and maintained accurate, compliant documentation. I handled high-volume administrative tasks under tight timeframes, captured and verified data across administrative systems, and collaborated internally to resolve queries efficiently.

As a Junior Administrative Assistant (Volunteer) at SABB Motors and a Peer Helper (Volunteer) at the University of Venda, I supported operational communication, maintained organised stock and resource records, and helped peers with guidance in a confidential, approachable way. I’m genuinely interested in candidate and employee experience, and I’m eager to grow into global talent acquisition and employer-of-record (EOR) practices in dynamic, remote, cross-cultural environments.
