I’m looking for administrative, human resources, or customer service opportunities where I can apply my academic knowledge, grow practical workplace experience, and contribute with strong communication, analytical thinking, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented Industrial and Organisational Psychology graduate currently pursuing Honours studies at the University of South Africa (UNISA). I bring a strong academic foundation in business management and industrial and organisational psychology, supported by distinction-level performance, including a “Best Performance” academic excellence recognition.

Alongside my studies, I gained practical experience as a Sales Assistant (Part-Time) at PEP Stores, where I delivered professional customer service, processed transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, and supported stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control. I’m known for strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving thinking, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and reliable professionalism—exactly the mindset I want to bring into administrative, human resources, or customer service roles while building real workplace experience.
