What I'm looking for

I'm looking to learn something new and to work with a diverse group of people whilst playing a part in the improvement of an Organisation. I'm also looking to have my opinions not just heard, but constructively criticised. I'm ultimately looking to add value, to feel like I'm a part of something bigger than me and maximise my earning potential.

I have over 8 years experience in the airline industry, focusing on customer service excellence. Followed up with over 3 years experience as a Human Resources Generalist, covering all aspects Human Resources Management. I then moved into property broking, then returned to Human Resources on Managerial and Administrative capacities. I regard myself an excellence seeker who pay very close attention to detail. My key achievements have been setting up policies, setting up recruitment, onboarding and exit policies, conflict resolution, leadership expertise and effective interpersonal communication skills.

I joined Greenpeace to assist with management of the employee lifecycle, i.e, from placing the advert for the position, to the exit interview. Record keeping, contract management, benefit administration and administration. Assisting with payroll and related administrative functions. Resolution of labour disputes and general employee wellness.
