I'm looking to continue delivering reliable end-user IT support, resolving incidents efficiently, improving support processes, and collaborating with infrastructure teams in a high-availability environment.

At GSP Belgrade, I've delivered on-site and remote IT support since 2012, keeping workstations, business applications, email, printers, and network connectivity operating reliably in a high-availability production environment.

I troubleshoot Windows workstations, Outlook, hardware, printers, and network incidents while managing and prioritizing tickets by business impact and urgency. I also administer Active Directory user accounts, authentication, and access permissions.
