I’m looking for an HR role where I can own end-to-end employee onboarding and employee experience, partner with stakeholders and EOR teams, and drive compliance-focused process improvements in a remote, cross-functional environment.

I’m a people-centric HR professional and HR Team Lead with over 4 years of experience supporting global teams across the employee lifecycle. I focus on building positive employee experiences with high ethical standards, especially in fully remote, distributed environments.

In my current role, I coordinate high-touch onboarding by owning onboarding logistics, documentation accuracy, and cross-functional handoffs. I collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance partners to resolve escalations, manage employee data changes, and support contract/offer processes—while also spearheading new employee orientation and training programs.
