I’m a customer support professional with over four years of experience spanning education and client-facing coordination. As a Customer Support Associate at Phoenix Lead Company (remote, USA), I initiate client contact through phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify inquiries, and schedule meetings with advisors—using CRM tools to track engagement and support internal handovers.

Before this, I served as an English Language & Literature Educator across various schools in Nigeria for nearly six years. I designed and delivered curriculum content for secondary students, prepared them for WAEC exams, and supported academic improvement through clear instruction and mentoring.

I also bring strong coordination and reliability from administrative and onboarding responsibilities, including record-keeping, class coordination, and new teacher onboarding. I’m motivated by customer experience, technology, and using communication to drive results—especially through empathy, problem-solving, and effective lead handling.
