I seek an entry-level role where I can grow my data analysis and technical skills, work collaboratively, receive mentorship, and contribute measurable value to the team.

I am a computer science student with a growing foundation in data analysis and customer service. I combine classroom learning at the National Open University of Nigeria with practical experience supporting clients at Unitellas International Limited.

I have completed a Certificate of Achievement in Data Analysis from Kachitech Institute and work comfortably with Excel and Power BI for basic analysis tasks. I am familiar with common online tools and have strong research, observation, and communication skills.

In my customer service role I handled client inquiries, processed service requests, and focused on ensuring positive customer experiences. I bring a willingness to learn new tools and contribute to team success.
