I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my data analysis skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

I am a dedicated and respectful young lady with a strong background in customer service and data analysis. My educational journey has equipped me with a B.Sc. (Hon) in Microbiology from Ambrose Alli University, and I am currently enhancing my skills in data analysis through a program at Digital Marketer Incubator Nigeria.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, including as a Customer Care Representative at Multichoice Nigeria and a Call Agent for Airtel Nigeria. These positions have honed my ability to build strong customer relationships and effectively resolve issues. I am proficient in tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SQL, which I believe will be instrumental in my future endeavors as a data analyst.
