I'm currently a Senior System Analyst at Eastvantage/Solutions, where I groom and prioritize product backlogs in JIRA, analyze requests through LucidChart, and configure ERP and API integrations for seamless data synchronization.

Previously at Globe Telecom, I led the MS team supporting EPC Catalogue Service Creation, from business-requirement implementation and functional specifications through UAT, deployment, and post-deployment issue resolution. I've also built customer-facing operations experience across Solaire Resort Casino, Resorts World Manila, and IHG, strengthening my ability to lead teams, manage escalations, and improve processes.
