What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a clinic role where I can lead day-to-day medical operations, streamline scheduling and referrals, and support patients with accurate insurance workflows—while training a strong team and helping deliver efficient, compassionate care.

I’m a Lead Certified Medical Assistant with a strong track record in medical operations, patient flow, and team leadership. I keep fast-paced clinics running smoothly by managing day-to-day responsibilities, training new staff, and ensuring consistent, welcoming patient experiences.

I’m also highly focused on accuracy and readiness: I verify eligibility and insurance coverage, collect required co-payments, schedule and coordinate referrals, and support smooth appointment check-in/out. On the clinical side, I perform patient exams and procedures—including injections and immunizations, venipuncture/phlebotomy, and triage support—while maintaining clean, organized exam and procedure areas and accurate documentation using EMR systems.
