What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a high-volume clinical team where I can run patient intake, perform phlebotomy and injections, support pediatric care, and take ownership of scheduling, insurance, and front-desk flow.

I’m a Certified Medical Assistant with experience supporting pediatric providers in high-volume settings. I focus on accurate patient preparation, efficient intake, and calm, effective communication that helps clinics run smoothly.

In my most recent role as a Lead Medical Assistant at SouthCoast Health, I provided comprehensive administrative and clinical support to 3 physicians. I administered injections and oral medications, performed phlebotomy to an average of 20 patients daily, and supported patient intake including medical histories, vital signs, and hearing and vision screenings.

Previously, I supported pediatric physicians at Premier Medical Group, averaging 25 patient visits per day. I handled injections and oral medications, phlebotomy, and patient intake; I also assisted in surgical procedures for an average of 10 patients weekly.

I also built strong front-office skills at Tennova Healthcare Gastroenterology, leading scheduling and rescheduling, verifying insurance eligibility, and managing patient check-in/check-out. I’m at my best in teams that value safety protocols, organization, and collaboration.
