At SisuCare, I lead curriculum strategy and development across learning programs, including revenue-generating CNA programs in multiple U.S. states. I translate state regulatory requirements into accredited curricula and develop microlearning on Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and DSD.
I coordinate instructors, students, teams, and stakeholders to support program delivery, and develop training for onboarding, compliance, and upskilling. I use learner feedback and data-driven insights to identify gaps and improve learning experiences.
Earlier, at Gaian Solutions | SnapLogic, I designed digital learning experiences and supported ILT programs for global clients, with content development using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate. At Toppr, I developed K12 learning content and pitched a plan for supporting students during COVID through the Toppr ASHA initiative.
