Am in USA but open for jobs in Europe especially in Finland, Sweden, Norwar and Denmark, Switzerland or Baltic countries.

Can perform both regular HR BP and VP roles and also can carryout large scale HR transformation projects in tech, strategy, AI or OD and OB.

A senior and executive level HR professional and I advise HR in health systems, public agencies and retail, utilities, transit and global enterprises on human capital strategy, operation, culture, technology and governance. Also deploy HrR ERPs like Oracle, SAP, WorkDay and AI-enabled transformation.

For Houston Methodist at PwC, I led a $50M post-merger HR transformation across nine hospitals, aligning senior stakeholders and delivering 40% process efficiency and 20% cost reduction. I also standardized compensation and succession processes and supported deployment of PeopleSoft HCM and analytics.

At Fujitsu America Inc., I led a 25-consultant team and helped deliver a $25M HCM transformation for Giant Eagle. Earlier at Wipro Technologies, I helped scale the HCM consulting practice from 20 to 125 consultants across the U.S., UK and India.

I created the VISTA transformation framework and authored The Human Potential Balance Sheet, now in peer review. My work spans HR strategy and operating models, M&A people integration, workforce analytics, and HCM modernization using Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle.
