At L’Oreal in Warsaw, I served as Head of Talent Acquisition – Poland & Baltics, delivering end-to-end recruitment and advising hiring managers and senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy.

I led employer branding and early talent initiatives, including university partnerships and the SeedZ Management Trainee Program. I also managed local Brandstorm programs and inclusive hiring initiatives.

At ISS World Services A/S, I partnered with business leaders on global recruitment and conducted Korn Ferry Select, Leadership, and Potential Assessments as a certified assessor. I also designed recruitment processes and delivered training for hiring managers and recruiters.

At Alexander Mann Solutions (RPOS), I delivered 43 placements within six months, led an ATS transition to SuccessFactors, and managed a team of three. Earlier, at Futurestep, I supported recruitment across the IMEA region and co-designed Microsoft Dynamics CRM training.
