At Proxim Systems, I supported business analysis for a global law firm and a banking client. I defined requirements for a time-entry tool connecting attorney time records with finance applications for billing.
I also designed new APIs and supported existing APIs for banking applications. For the law firm, I designed and introduced the Modo application for managing concierge services and reservations.
At Core Card Software, I configured credit card products end to end and wrote SQL queries to analyze and validate data. I also led a team of five Business Analysts and managed end-to-end client engagement for product configuration customization.
At Digit Insurance and Accenture Services, I worked on insurance and claims initiatives, including requirements, process documentation, and UAT. I created use case models and process flows, and supported testing and deployment.
