I am an experienced program leader with over 10 years advancing gender equality, youth empowerment, and child protection across South Asia. I design and manage multi-country programs, lead policy advocacy, and build strategic partnerships to drive systemic change.

My track record includes program design and leadership, resource mobilization, MEAL systems, and establishing safeguarding mechanisms. I have managed multidisciplinary teams, coordinated with government and donors, and ensured compliance and high-quality delivery of complex, rights-based interventions.
