What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to leverage my skills in program management and community development, focusing on impactful projects that foster education and social change.

I am a passionate program manager with extensive experience in community development and education. Currently, I lead integrated programs at Conscious Impact, where I manage local staff and coordinate with international boards to ensure effective program delivery. My role involves collaborating with local governments and overseeing volunteer initiatives, which has honed my leadership and organizational skills.

Previously, I served as a self-defense facilitator for the Fight Back Sexual Violence project, where I worked with government schools and refugee communities to implement safety education programs. My background in social work and development studies has equipped me with the necessary skills to support various educational initiatives and community projects effectively.

With a Master's degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor's in Social Work, I am committed to fostering safe learning environments and empowering communities through education and advocacy. I believe in the power of collaboration and strive to create impactful programs that address the needs of vulnerable populations.
