I've supported gender equality across forest, biodiversity, water, climate, and development programmes with Women4Biodiversity, the World Bank, IWMI, and Includovate.

At Women4Biodiversity, I led coordination for the Restore HER Rights Initiative, producing case studies, photobooks, and audio-visual testimonials on women-led ecosystem restoration across India, Thailand, and Bolivia. My work supported biodiversity policy frameworks including KM-GBF Targets 2, 22 and 23 and the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration.

With the World Bank in Nepal, I've monitored gender-responsive indicators, developed gender action plans, delivered gender integration and GBV/SEAH trainings, and created technical briefs, blogs, and donor-facing documentation. I've also researched gendered impacts of water quality, pollution, climate change, WASH governance, renewable energy, and forest management.

I'm a committed feminist researcher and practitioner who brings participatory research, policy analysis, stakeholder coordination, and practical capacity development to multilateral and community-focused programmes across Asia-Pacific.
