I'm currently leading functional design and delivery for embedded software on an ophthalmic medical device at SIEM Medical Devices. I write specifications, arbitrate functional trade-offs, and led the company website overhaul from needs analysis through production release.
At TLTI Digital Engineering for AP-HP, I led the Agile rollout of Heidelberg HEYEX EMR across five hospital sites within a programme serving more than 1,000 users. I connected clinical teams, technical teams, the hospital EHR, and medical devices through requirements gathering, workshops, functional specifications, and data-flow mapping.
I trained and supported more than 200 end users, managed accounts and access rights, monitored adoption KPIs, and coordinated incident follow-up. I also covered PACS lead responsibilities, including imaging-device onboarding and vendor coordination.
Earlier, I delivered a healthcare application at E-Dentech using Bubble.io under a zero-extra-cost constraint. My healthcare IT experience is supported by work in Python for medical image processing and ultrasound signal simulation.
