At Intrasense, I lead software engineering for regulated medical-imaging products, including DICOM visualisation and analysis. I increased release cadence from one to ten releases per year and reduced hotfixes from six to one per release through automated testing, systematic code review, and smaller batches.
I grew the R&D team from two to eight engineers and helped evolve one Scrum team into three cross-functional LeSS squads. I lead the development chapter, coordinate product-portfolio architecture and AI Champions guilds, and built product observability across AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Previously at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, I was the C++ technical authority for 3D coordinate measurement software and shipped three generations of measurement arms and six accessories. My background also includes motorway tolling, video games, printing firmware, and international product development in regulated and hardware-connected environments.
