I’m looking to lead high-performance school operations and pedagogy, scale international faculty teams, and drive EdTech-enabled curriculum transformation—grounded in strong parent-community partnership and data-backed academic outcomes.

I’m a transformational educational executive and head teacher with a track record of building high-performance school ecosystems that combine rigorous academic standards, operational excellence, and measurable student impact. I lead with an engineering-minded approach to systems, quality, and continuous improvement.

In my current role as Head Teacher at Cedar Hill Global Prep, I direct both the academy’s overarching academic vision and daily operational logistics. I spearhead global talent management—recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring expatriate and bilingual educators—while architecting CPD frameworks that elevate instructional quality. I also drive technological pedagogical innovation by building custom-built, HTML-based interactive curriculum assets and integrating EdTech ecosystems (e.g., ClassNote) to modernize operations and increase student engagement.

Previously, as a Senior English Language Educator at FasTracKids International, I engineered elite early childhood and elementary instructional models, pioneered metric-driven assessment and diagnostic reporting, and led experiential learning through school-wide cultural immersions and field excursion planning. Earlier, at Korea Poly School, I developed inquiry-based science programs and directed inter-class debate initiatives that strengthened persuasive argumentation, public speaking, and analytical reasoning.
