I seek roles designing scalable curriculum and assessment systems, supporting faculty adoption, and advancing literacy instruction in collaborative, growth-oriented organizations.

I am a learning experience designer and curriculum systems architect who builds narrative-driven instructional frameworks and multi-level literacy progressions. I specialize in structured writing development and assessment design across diverse educational contexts.

I have designed scalable curriculum systems from A2–C1 proficiency, authored course books and 40+ instructional units, and created teacher guides and assessment suites deployed across partner academies. I developed the CROW Methodology and Narrative Analysis System used in multiple institutions.

My experience spans faculty development, ESA-aligned assessment frameworks, and implementation support for instructors in the United States, Czech Republic, and South Korea. I have led workshops, mentored teaching teams, and established learning progression architecture guiding students from foundational comprehension to advanced rhetorical analysis.
