What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive organisational growth through operations, project management, and strategic learning development, using structured planning, data reporting, performance metrics, and cross-cultural stakeholder communication.

At Avalon Education in South Korea, I manage operational delivery for advanced language and communication curricula, using performance metrics to track progress and provide strategic stakeholder updates. Previously at Chungdahm Institute, I managed end-to-end curriculum logistics across regional branches and digitized classroom workflows using Smart Learning Solutions and tablets.

My BCom in Finance and Management, PGCE, and ongoing Business Management Honours studies support my work across operations, project coordination, data reporting, and strategic learning development. I've also supported international hospitality operations during FIFA 2022 and facilitated Business Management, Strategic Management, Operations Management, and Marketing workshops as a university tutor.
