I am a software engineer and product owner with 18+ years of experience building products across telecom, SaaS, cybersecurity, and digital forensics. I co-founded a B2B product startup and led the strategy, architecture, and go-to-market delivery of an omni-channel contact center platform.

My strengths include requirement elicitation, stakeholder engagement, agile delivery, and driving engineering best practices.
