I currently lead the in-house design team at a global heritage wine and spirits company, where I oversee brand development, packaging design and creative strategy.
As a leader, I’m collaborative and hands-on. I believe good design culture is built on empathy and I care just as much about the people on the team as the work we produce.
I am interested in how emerging AI tools are reshaping the creative landscape. I see huge potential in the support of ideation, streamline workflows, and elevate human creativity rather than replace it. I’m actively exploring how to integrate these tools into design processes in ways that are intentional.
