What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT project management role where I can lead cross-functional delivery, strengthen PMO processes and governance, and use agile tools to improve visibility, alignment, and continuous improvement.

At Portage Mutual Insurance, I led and coordinated multiple IT initiatives from initiation through delivery, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication. I also built standardized PMO guidelines, templates, intake processes, retrospectives, and Confluence documentation to improve governance, visibility, and continuous improvement.

I've supported project delivery at Definity/Sonnet Insurance and bring experience working across technical, operational, and business teams in remote environments. With CAPM and Certified Scrum Master certifications, I use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and agile practices to keep work aligned, documented, and moving forward.
