Across Cineplex, Freshii Tech, twoPLUGS, BNY Mellon, and Living Walls, I've helped teams modernize platforms, improve accessibility and analytics practices, build reusable web components, and transition from Scrum to Scrumban. I'm a Certified Scrum Master and SAFe Certified Scrum Master with a master's background in Project Management, Lean Management, and Agile. I bring hands-on experience in Agile scaling, Kanban, organizational transformation, SDLC delivery, dashboards, forecasting, budgeting, and coaching teams toward self-organization.
