What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply behaviour science and systems thinking to design seamless, inclusive experiences that drive positive change—using rigorous research, co-creation, and intervention testing to turn insights into action.

I am a behavioural science researcher and designer with a decade of experience in human-centred design and design thinking. I specialise in synthesising research insights into actionable strategies, creating innovative, inclusive, human-centred solutions.

In my recent role as a Senior Behavioural Designer & Researcher, I work across exploratory research, intervention design, concept testing, and validation. I conduct behavioural audits, journey mapping, and qualitative user testing, including larger sample experiments such as A/B testing.

I also bring systems thinking and co-creation to intervention development. Through workshop facilitation and systems mapping, I help clients design and validate solutions that support positive change—balancing user needs, service ecosystems, and measurable outcomes.
