What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can apply data-driven product guidance—turning complex platforms into real value for users—while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to own growth, renewals, and continuous improvement.

I found tech kind of by accident, then everything clicked. After years in hospitality, I used the pause in 2020 to reorient toward cybersecurity and a full-stack web development bootcamp, and I landed a NASA research internship building data tools for a weather-modeling project.

Since then, I’ve built a career where I sit exactly between the software and the people using it. I’m proactive by nature, and I make decisions off what the data actually shows rather than what I assume it shows.

In my current role, I’m the connection between a platform and the nonprofit leaders who use it. I spot when clients have outgrown their setup and help them see what more the platform can do, manage a portfolio of accounts while keeping renewal and upsell conversations moving, and stay focused on one question with every client: what they actually need—and whether they’re getting it.

Earlier work strengthened how I communicate, lead, and deliver: I supported multiple concurrent clients across phone, chat, and social channels while producing daily data-driven performance reports. I also bridged market research and product strategy to drive new opportunities, led a web application development team aligned with stakeholder needs, and managed software projects using Agile methodology—plus I’ve taught and supported teams through live cohorts and technical support workflows.
