At SkyPlanner, I moved from Business Intelligence Analyst to Project Manager and delivered three concurrent Salesforce implementation and integration projects. I guided work from business discovery and requirements gathering through UAT, client approval, and go-live.
I facilitated requirements workshops, process mapping, and user-story development, while coordinating integrations with SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, and Protheus. I also led sprint planning and backlog refinement and served as the liaison between client leaders and software development teams.
At Lojas Americanas, I redesigned and standardized supply chain processes, improving OTIF from 30% to 70%. At Wilson Sons, I led the feasibility assessment and RFI for an enterprise eProcurement solution, preparing business cases and recommendations for executive decision-making.
Earlier, at EY, I managed strategic sourcing initiatives for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, negotiating supplier packages valued at up to BRL 10M and delivering procurement savings of up to 50%. At PwC, I delivered Business Transformation and Supply Chain projects and mapped business processes using BPMN and Microsoft Visio.
