At Grupo Casas Bahia, I managed IT procurement categories across national and international suppliers. I led market mapping and RFP processes for Cyber Security, Consulting, Platforms, SaaS, and IaaS, coordinating with Legal and Privacy teams.
At Unilever Brazil, I was responsible for strategic and operational procurement in SaaS, Mobile, and Network Infrastructure, and served as team leader for Brazil and nine Central American countries. Earlier, at Bombardier Transportation and Alstom Brazil, I was a SAP key user for the purchasing system migration and bought direct materials for rail production.
Across procurement roles in food, technology, aerospace, transport, and other sectors, I’ve worked in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and national and international purchasing. My experience includes CAPEX, IT, and indirect categories, alongside procurement systems and analytics tools.
