I seek a people-focused HR role where I can drive retention, design trainings, advise leadership on compliance, and grow within a collaborative, values-driven organization.

I am a results-driven HR consultant with six years of experience in HR, people operations, and management, focused on employee relations, retention, and strategic engagement. I combine hands-on client management with data-informed decision making to improve workforce outcomes.
