I'm looking to build structured HR operations, workforce processes, policies, and people-focused initiatives that support organizational growth.

At Achievers and Dreamers Technologies, I lead end-to-end HR operations for a 200+ employee manufacturing workforce. I built the core HR framework through 20+ policies, standardized documentation, and an Excel HR Analytics Dashboard covering 18+ operational KPIs.
