What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can contribute to customer success, sales, marketing, or accounting operations while building on my finance and client-facing experience.

I've supported US Bank customers at Alorica India, resolving high-volume account, transaction, card, and online banking queries while meeting quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction targets.

At ALTX Convergence, I managed the sales cycle from cold outreach through post-sales support, delivered product demos, and maintained CRM records. My onboarding improvement idea increased the client onboarding rate by 30%.

I've also supported billing, purchase and sales entries in Tally, and GST return preparation as an Accounting Intern at Memsaab Latur.

Alongside my BCom studies, I've cleared CA Level 1, am pursuing CFA Level 1, and completed financial modelling, marketing, accounting, and research methodology certifications.
