I'm seeking a challenging Human Resources role with a progressive organization where I can apply my HR, recruitment, administration, and management education while contributing to organizational development.

I've managed recruitment, HR administration, training, and employee engagement at Wesal Legalwave in Pune for 2.8 years.

I coordinated with technical panels to define roles, sourced and shortlisted candidates through job portals, references, and headhunting, and managed interviews, offers, joining formalities, and documentation. I also designed HR policies, forms, and induction programs.
